However. sigh... These aren't commercial airliners. This isn't holiday traffic! These planes are boring grey or silver. These planes have no commercial company livery.

Prior to the aeronautical display of flying in straight lines and criss-crossing to create tartanesque and sunray patterns whilst dispersing an unknown substance uncunningly disguised as ice-blue water vapour, the sky above was crystal clear. Within hours the sky above had hazed over with a film of ?

mmmm.... indeed.

This clip demonstrates the obvious strategy in the logistics employed to maximise sky and subsequently ground coverage rather than the randominity, infrequency and rarity of passenger planes en-mass.

The increase in aircraft and predictable movement is making for an all too entertaining, deadly spectacle. The sky artists impress with a superb perpendiculated fan, if such a thing is possible, arranged in 'The Original' Magna Doodle style and appearing to radiate from the Setting Sun like an omen of doom.

John Travolta may have made his cameo at last and The Cat Shouter works some magic.

BoreDom and neck-crick eventually take a grip. Interest, however, had the whip.
